Hi All, I know several members have seen the recent complaint lodged with the US Department of Transport about American Airlines and NDC. If you have missed it you can read about. We are working really closely with ASTA on all of these matters through the World Travel Agent Association Alliance and we will be keeping a close eye on this one as goes through the courts.
In the mean time any screen shots of fare differences are really helpful in our discussions with Government. If you can please send them through that would be great. By way of reference this is an example of what ASTA and their members have put together.
