  • 1.  Task Management Tool For Travel Agency

    Hi, 

    I am looking for a solution to organising the consultants for daily tasks, payment deadlines, quote follow ups and welcome home calls / emails....etc 

    We have staff that are part time and working from home so it is vital that we are accessing a program to see what is coming up for everyone to view on a daily, weekly basis. I find that outlook is not perfect but if there is another program that can we can look at to assist with productivity, deadline reminders I would welcome suggestions. 

    It also would be handy to see future tasks for each consultant so when they are on leave or sick they can be easily allocated to others.

    Hi Gary,

    Are you using Microsoft 365 and Teams?  If not, I'd really recommend taking a look at Teams and then using Planner.  Let me know and I am then happy to provide you with some more information as to how we use it.

    I did loads of research and have settled on this when we had 6+ team members. Now there are only two of us and we still use it. It is an excellent way to keep track of all correspondence with clients no matter which team member sends the message, templated emails, SMS to clients from desk top.  I flag each clients trip as a DEAL can set up with WON or LOST. I beleive there is also a customer live chat which we don't use. Very cost effective, powerful CRM tool with loads of other features, appointment set ups etc.
