ATAS Industry Bulletin – Compliance Activities for September 2024
This bulletin serves as the official record of compliance activities and decisions rendered by ATAS for the month of September 2024.
The following summary details actions taken in accordance with the ATAS Charter & our purpose to uphold the integrity of the accreditation process and to ensure strict adherence to ATAS standards.
New Memberships
The ATAS accreditation has been granted to the following entities:
FAB Interline Cruises
New World Travel Management
Helloworld Travel Rowville
Revocation and Voluntary Withdrawal of Accreditation
Accreditation has been formally revoked for 7 businesses. Additionally, 1 businesses has opted to withdraw their participation from the accreditation scheme voluntarily and 1 business has sold. Monitoring Agreements
Currently, 18 members are accredited under monitoring agreements. These members are obligated to provide quarterly financial and operational disclosures.
Issuance of Show Cause Notices
Show Cause Notices have been formally issued to 5 members. These notices require the recipients to submit a satisfactory response within 14 days, addressing the specific compliance concerns raised. Failure to do so may result in further action, including but not limited to the revocation of accreditation.
