    ATAS Industry Bulletin – Compliance Activities for August 2024

    This bulletin serves as the official record of compliance activities and decisions rendered by ATAS for the month of August 2024.

    The following summary details actions taken in accordance with the ATAS Charter & our purpose to uphold the integrity of the accreditation process and to ensure strict adherence to ATAS standards.

    New Memberships
    The ATAS accreditation has been granted to the following entities:

    Helloworld Travel Ferntree Gully

    Ormina Tours

    Sportslink Travel

    2nd Chance Travels Pty Ltd

    Opulent Cruises

    Blake Travel

    Inspiring Travel

    Revocation and Voluntary Withdrawal of Accreditation
    Accreditation has been formally revoked for 2 businesses.  Additionally, 1 businesses has opted to withdraw their participation from the accreditation scheme voluntarily.  For a comprehensive list of entities whose accreditation has been cancelled or withdrawn, please consult the official registry here

    Currently, 19 members have been placed under monitoring agreements. These members are obligated to provide quarterly financial and operational disclosures.

    Issuance of Show Cause Notices
    Show Cause Notices have been formally issued to 5 members. These notices require the recipients to submit a satisfactory response within 14 days, addressing the specific compliance concerns raised. Failure to do so may result in further action, including but not limited to the revocation of accreditation.
